The prestigious departure ceremony, held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Rectorate Building, marked a milestone for the campus as it continues to bridge academic excellence with global responsibility.

This year’s visionary theme, “Social Transformation based on Tri Hita Karana in Supporting SDGs Achievement in the Era of Globalization,” highlights IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram’s unique educational approach—shaping students who are not only culturally rooted but also highly responsive to international development standards.

Led by a dedicated committee chaired by Dr. I Made Ardika Yasa, S.P., S.Pd.H., M.Pd.H., the program showcases the immense enthusiasm and high caliber of the university’s student body. A cohort of 232 top-tier students from various major fields of study are being deployed across 18 strategic locations in West Lombok and North Lombok Regencies. As a premier institution that nurtures future changemakers, IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram designs this immersive program to allow students to drive real, positive social transformations and foster regional development.

To ensure the highest quality of community impact, the university provided an intensive, executive-led preparation session featuring top academicians. The University Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Wayan Wirata, A.Ma., S.E., M.Si., M.Pd., opened the briefings by emphasizing KKN as an essential arena for self-actualization, where students apply classroom theory to real-world challenges for the greater good.

Elevating the program’s strategic value, Vice Rector I, Dr. Joko Prayitno, S.Ag., S.T., M.Pd.H., delivered tactical guidance on designing innovative and measurable projects aligned directly with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Furthermore, to maintain the institution’s impeccable standards of integrity, the Head of LPPM, Dr. Ni Luh Sinar Ayu Ratna Dewi, S.S., M.Ag., instilled the importance of ethics, professional conduct, and deep respect for local wisdom.

The seamless and inspiring deployment ceremony reflects the vibrant spirit, optimism, and readiness of IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram’s students. Grounded in the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana—the harmonious relationship between humanity, the divine, and the environment—these students embody the university’s core mission: nurturing smart, character-driven, and globally competitive graduates.
